Pelvic Health Physical Therapy
"Orthopedics in a Cave" - RH
Think of the last team you worked on: did everyone pull their own weight? If not, your job might have been challenging!
In the same way, all parts of the body, including the pelvic floor, have to have appropriate strength, range of motion, coordination and power- all the same things all other physical therapists address!
So, when your hips, legs, abdominals, spine (and other things!) do not work or move well, your pelvic floor falls victim and over time, issues can arise. I am trained to look at your whole body, including the pelvic floor muscles!
